The bottom seal is what keeps rain, leaves, draughts and pests out of the garage. A torn or flattened bulb lets water under the door. We fit a new astragal sized to your panel, not a universal strip that peels off in a season.
If the threshold or side seals are shot too, we will show you and quote them. No point sealing the bottom and leaving a gap at the jamb.
